Article 4
On Tuesday 3 December 2019 the Council’s Executive agreed to implement something called Article 4 Directions on 32 employment sites in the District. This will mean that permitted development rights no longer apply in these areas.

Hartham Leisure Centre contract award
East Herts Council has awarded a 15 year leisure contract for its pools and gyms to Everyone Active with the potential to extend for a further five years. The contract is due to start on Wednesday 1 January, 2020.
