Report a missed bin

If your bin collection has been missed, you can let us know using our online reporting service. You must make this report within two days of your missed collection.

Before you report a missed bin please read the guidance below.

You should only report a missed bin if:

  • Your bin was put out on the correct collection day. This can be checked using our collection day look up service. If you would like to view or download your collections for the entire year, please see our find your collection day page
  • Your bin was out before 7am on the day of collection
  • Your bin was on the boundary of your property.
  • A sticker has not been placed on your bin stating we have not been able to empty your bin. If this has occurred, please see our Common collection problems page
